Here are the current rules on the absentee voting process - or voting by mail. 

In Harris County, you can vote at any polling location that is convenient to you - both to vote before Election Day (early voting) or on Election Day.  If you vote in another precinct, however, yoiu will vote fo the candidates that are eligible to run in your precinct.
